1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our cleaning and/or laundry services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by TheCleaniqCo.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional cleaning and laundry services, including but not limited to:

Residential cleaning

Commercial cleaning
-
Hotell staffing
-
Laundry washing, drying, ironing, and folding

Pickup and delivery services
3. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings must be made through our website, app, or customer service line.

Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon booking.

Customers must provide accurate information about the property and/or laundry requirements.
4. Pricing and Payments

Prices for services will be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change with prior notice.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

We accept E-Transfer and online Payments only.

Paying cash directly to the cleaning staff constitutes a violation of our terms and conditions. This action may result in penalties for the client and could jeopardize the cleaner's employment with our company.

Tips may be given directly to the cleaning staff or included with the cleaning payment through an online transfer/Payment.

Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee of $50CAD.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be considered for refund or reschedule under valid circumstances upon discussion.

We reserve the right to reschedule services in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing access to the property or items to be cleaned.

All fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items must be removed or disclosed in advance.

Laundry items should be free of sharp objects, hazardous materials, or excessive stains.
7. Damage and Liability

We take utmost care when providing services, but we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property or items.

Damage to items due to normal wear and tear, improper labeling, or manufacturer defects.

Any claims for damage must be reported with valid proofs within 24 hours service completion.
8. Health and Safety

Our staff are trained to follow health and safety protocols.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment poses a risk to our employees.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use personal information to provide services or communicate with you.

10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

Non-payment.

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

Inappropriate behavior toward staff.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of City of Toronto.
13. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
